PAYMENT
All charges for your Projects – Be it Website, Search Engine Optimization, eCommerce, Mobile Application, Hosting, Software Development or any other related item must be paid in advance according to the most current price of the Plan(s). For clients with whom we have specific contracts can pay as per specified Payment Milestones.
REFUND TERMS
All invoices are to be processed as per the schedule via your preferred method of payment. Acceptance of the estimate, milestone, delivery, project, and terms & conditions is presumed upon receipt of payment. The customer’s payment for the requested service must be negotiated, and CodeWhiz Worldwide maintains the right to reimburse the appropriate percentage.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and jurisdiction of Gandhinagar, Gujarat
