- How much does it cost?
- It depends on how many page designs, features and apps you need. Send us a brief and you'll get a fixed quote within one business day. The price only changes if the scope does, and you pay in stages as the work is delivered.
- Do I need to open a Shopify account first?
- No. We build your new store in our Shopify Partner account, free while we work, and transfer it to you at launch, when you choose your Shopify plan. It's yours from then. Already started a trial? That's fine, we can work in yours.
- Can you move my store from WooCommerce or Magento?
- Yes, and from BigCommerce too, with your products, customers, orders and Google rankings. See WooCommerce to Shopify and Magento to Shopify.
- How long does it take?
- Less time than you might expect. Our developers work with AI tools, so routine work moves quickly, and a senior developer still checks every change. Your fixed quote gives you the exact timeline.
- Do you use AI?
- Yes, for the routine parts of the code, which is why we're quick. A senior developer reviews every change, a person tests it on real devices, and your store data and logins never go into public AI tools.
- If AI makes you faster, why isn't it cheaper?
- You pay a fixed price for a finished, tested result, not for hours. The AI tools have their own costs, and the time they save goes into testing and getting you live sooner.
- Will my store go offline while you work?
- No. We build and test on a copy of your theme, and publish changes only when you've approved them.
- Will the time difference be a problem?
- No. We work with brands in Australia, the UK, Europe and the US. Our office day overlaps with yours, you get a written update every working day, and urgent problems are covered until 22:30 IST.
