Refund Policy
Any cancellation requests must be made in writing and delivered to our billing department or your account manager. The cancellation will not be valid until it is confirmed by the respective department.
ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND
Full refund: In cases where the project has not been started or if the initial design style has not been approved. The Full Refund policy will initiate after receive the upfront payment date and will take 7-10 Days to refund the amount.
In the event that we fail to complete the project in line with the delivery policy and contract of agreement, a partial refund will be given in the service provider’s discretion. According to the project’s predetermined scope, CodeWhiz will calculate the cost taking into account the project’s completion rate and the project’s remaining completion rate.
If the project has been finished and submitted to the server, there will be no refunds.
